Public Health Safety Measures The Government of Ontario controls public health safety measures to help keep citizens safe in public spaces during a pandemic. For details of what regulations apply for the other zones of the COVID-19 Response Framework, please read the Ontario Regulation 364/20. Casinos, Bingo Halls and Gaming Establishments spaces Red Control Category - COVID-19Under the RED/CONTROL zone, broader-scale restrictions across multiple sectors must take place to control transmission (i.e. Modified Stage 2 measures). This is the most severe level before a widescale business or organizational closure. Maximum capacity of 10 people per facility indoors and 25 people outdoors All patrons are required to be screened (e.g. questionnaire) Name and contact information must be collected from all patrons; records must be maintained for at least one month Face coverings are required, except when eating or drinking
